I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.

Great location close to the airport, very rich breakfast buffet, outstanding service. Ganesh and Romil at the front desk were really great and helped us with early check in, as we arrived very early in the morning by night train. This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are stunning and the hotel itself is grand and luxurious. It's in the gorgeous Bandra area which is stunning. The service, however, is the highlight of the hotel. Their people help you with anything and everything. Ask for Renouka Chettri specially if you go and she will make sure you have the best stay :)
