Good location close to shops and The Viking triangle and eating places. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a good view of the river outside. The room was very clean as was the bathroom and the towels were fluffy.

The location was excellent with a good view of the bay. The sofa and chairs in the lounge were comfy. The beds were soft which suited one but not both of us. The hot tub was the cleanest we have ever encountered in a rental property. The shower was warm and the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and towels. The bathrobes for the hot tub were a nice touch.

The staff were amazing.
The cocktail bar was beautiful and the food in the roseville restaurant was lovely and very enjoyable.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was just so relaxing however there was no one in the pool reception the whole time we were there, just be mindful incase something serious happened.
I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel were more than happy to accommodate specific room requests. Staff The food was fabulous at breakfast, and in the Restaurant and the lounge. The leisure facilities, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely. Great coffee, shortbread and chocolates in the room. Beautiful bathroom setting and toiletries. The grounds and garden are beautifully kept.
