Luka the owner welcomed us very friendly, immediatelly offers us a cold drink on our arrival on very hot day. The apartment and the view was gorgeous, just as it was shown on the photos on website. We were a bit suspicios after reading last few reviews regarding some constructions going on there, but on our arrival there was nobody working, we realized that the road has been nearly renewed, now looking just amazing, big side walk, lights from both side. Supermarket for early breakfast was so close to our apartment we enjoyed every single minute on our balcony looking on a spectacular sea in front of us. The swimming pool and hot tub refresh us after big temperatures in Croatia. Strongly reccommending for using this villa for holidays. Thank you Luka for our amazing stay, will be back soon, for sure.

Thank you, Davor and your family for the warm welcome and care throughout the journey to your wonderful homeland. We fell in love with Croatia and your wonderful Cavtat. Living in your apartment allowed us to have a good rest, to get away from our work and worries. I hope we won't disturb yours familly peace by sitting on the outdoor terrace in the evening 😊, but it was very nice for us. Thanks for the homemade wine and fruit. It was just great 👍. The location is fantastic, and the views are breathtaking. It is a lovely, self-contained apartment overlooking the sea, mountains, and local amenities. Tomas and his mother welcomed me and were so pleasant and helpful, Tomas picked me up at the airport and left me back for my flight home. Fantastic people, it was a pleasure talking with them, and I was made so comfortable. I definitely will be back! Next door is an old chapel where you can light a candle for your loved ones. It's a few minutes walk into town with access to more lovely restaurants on the promenade and unique shops and jewellers. All in all, it's a beautiful place and definitely on my return list, a small oasis of tranquillity! 💖🥂🍕✈️🌞

We loved our stay at the hotel! Super friendly staff, great and very quiet rooms, always a sunbed to find at the pool and a swim in the ocean is just meters away from the hotel. A good variety of restaurants on the nearby beach walk. Convenient to have a supermarket nearby as well. Would definitely return if visiting the Dubrovnik area again.

The villa was very central, with plenty of space both inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, with very comfy beds, with wall mounted tvs. The shower rooms were nicely presented. The lounge had a large tv and comfortable sofas. Outside, the terrace with hot tub was a suntrap and the lower terrace was shaded, with a dining area. Anita, our host was very responsive and helpful.

Very peaceful location, you do get planes flying over but they do not bother you. Lovely pool and a jacuzzi and sauna. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a large terrace. A full kitchen and well furnished and very comfortable. There was a washing machine you could use and tortoises wandering around. It was a short walk down hill into town and we jumped on the bus on the way back.
