We liked the friendly and attentive staff, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom suite (cleaned daily) with comfy beds, rainforest shower, and a huge balcony with amazing views from the sea to the mountains as well as the free entertainment and activities, especially the Greek night, Celtic night and Light show, stargazing and rock-climbing.

We had the most extraordinary stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing and restful time - and that everything we needed was catered for. We couldn’t believe the attention to detail and excellent service, as well as the beautiful rooms and facilities. Couldn’t recommend this spot more and we will definitely be back. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a private pool and sea view! The food was delicious and the hotel was well located. We were also treated to numerous treats and surprises during our stay which really made you feel special during this luxurious visit. One thing that was outstanding was how accommodating the hotel is regarding checkin/check out - they have shower facilities for you to use even after check out so you can still spend the day at the pool or on the beach after your check out time, and ensure you arrive at the airport feeling fresh and clean for the next leg of your journey.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. Every corner of the property reflects a sense of sophistication, making the entire ambiance feel luxurious and inviting. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

The facilities were exceptional and spotless, more that what we expected. The attention to detail was excellent and everything was what you would expect from a 5 star property.The hosts Aphrodite and Vasilis went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the facilities of the resort. The massage was amazing, the gym with the swimming pool view was awesome, the breakfast is delicious and best part of the vacation was the yoga classes every morning. The yoga teacher was sweet and very professional. We liked her a lot and woke up every morning to practice with her. Dinner was good and the stuff were kind and lovely to us. For the second and the third evening we visited a local Greek restaurant that was 5 minutes walk to the left from the hotel entrance. Great food and live music. We will be back.

We‘ve been in Villa Rossa for the second time and we definitely will come back. The contact with Kallia was always reliable and friendly. If you like the Greek „country living“ with a perfect view, clean and comfortable rooms, some chickens and sweet cats outside then the Villa Rossa is for you.

    There was a lot of swimming pools which allow you options to get away from the children (if you wanted to). The property was very nice looking and looks much like a resort. The rooms were modern and the air con worked amazingly. Also, the spa was great. We had a Swedish massage which was very relaxing and well worth the money.
