This was the best place, we stayed in Greece. Excellent location, almost on the Vasiliki beach, very green and cozy territory with a pool and the places for rest, very clean and comfortable and nice just renovated rooms with a small kitchen and a terrace to relax in the evening, comfy bathroom The owner of the place Chrissa, was a very nice, helping lady, who also gave us a lots of useful hints and advises around the Lefkas island Will definitely be staying at this place during my next visit, and definitely will recommend Billy's House to my friends

I loved everything here, the room, the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. The place wasn't fully functioning when I was there, no pool toilets. I don't believe you could have lunch or dinner there...

Was the most spectacular experience for both of us. We are travelling a lot and we are very satisfied from everything concerning Hotel services. Familiar Hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. We wanted to extend our stay but Hotel was fully booked so I recommended for early booking reservation. Thank you Eva Beach Hotel for making our holidays amazing!!!

Everything was beyond expectations. The room is very clean and has new furniture, everyday the room is cleaned and they changed your sheets and towels. You have everything u need for a good staying. You can park the car near the hotel for free. The breakfast was the same every morning, it’s not that varied, but it was good… we will come back for sure

Excellent Stay – Feels Like a Real Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and port (100m). Parking is conveniently available about 50 meters from the property. The rooms are spotless, with air conditioning in every room, a TV, a wardrobe, and a private balcon, internet Wifi free in apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, fridge, toaster, and utensils for cooking and dining. The bathroom is clean and stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel—just like in a hotel. Cleaning is done every 3–4 days by the owner herself, which keeps everything fresh and tidy. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I highly recommend this place—100% satisfaction!

Such a stunning view the apartment and the whole place has. We were in the studio apartment which was spacious with balcony. The area was quite remote and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this accommodation.

    Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.
