1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

The facilities were exceptional and spotless, more that what we expected. The attention to detail was excellent and everything was what you would expect from a 5 star property.The hosts Aphrodite and Vasilis went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. Everything about the hotel was great, breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere at the pool was lovely and relaxed, we could change our beach towels when we needed to, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Perfect.
