The place is very amazing, the breakfast is served directly in your room and you have a large choose to do, and everything is really really good, as week as the snacks and the restaurant The place is in a special position, very calm, relaxing and with a unique sunset!! The pool also is very beautiful and the sun beds are very comfy. Marina welcome us and show us a bit of the place and suggest us to do the Catamaran exprience, which we did and it was wonderful I raccomend it a lot!

Is not because of the astonishing view overlooking The Caldera, is not because the three bedrooms Villa with private pool, is not because the wonderful homemade breakfast served in our suite every morning, because of all that but above all is because of Cleopatra and her team! Best place where to stay in Santorini ! The area is quiet and beautiful, Martha and her husband are so nice and helpful and we had a wonderful time in Pancratium. We will certainely stay there again if we come back to Santorini and I highly recommand it ! I also recommand this area if you want to be away from the crowd and experience an authentic Santorini.

    Cozy and clean, lovely decorated villa. Host was very helpful, always available. She even picked up us from the bus stop with her car on the arrival day. A hidden spa, with jacuzzi and vapor bath and sunroof. All family members enjoyed our stay, 100% recommended

    Spectacularly located and nicely designed little complex on the hilltop above Akrotiri. The views out to the caldera are absolutely stunning. A great pool area with bar. Our room had a really lovely big warm jacuzzi and plenty of space inside and out. Lovely staff and a very peaceful, relaxed feel to the place overall. We had a quad so getting up and down the hill was easy and we were well able to explore the entire island from this quieter and less expensive base.
