Amazing place and a very kind and helpful host. It is nicely placed outside of the city, but a 15-minute walk down a hill from supermarkets and some restaurants. The beach is also close.

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The best way to disconnect from the noise of the city life. All you can see is the nature around you and the beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our stay worthes the money paid. In addition to that, the spa treatments were soothing and relaxing. We had a lot of fun, everything was amazing, the pools, the water park, there are endless good restaurants, especially the El Gadim restaurant, which was excellent. We had a great time, there were 6 adults and 4 children, everyone was very happy with everything, we hope to go back there.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

The apartment has attention to details. Lots of storage space. Good cutlery and glassware. Great sea view Good noise insulation, the apartment is quiet. Tight curtains close off the street light and allow you to sleep comfortably. The ventilation system works well, no humidity. The apartment itself looks very stylish and tasteful.
