I have booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel is very nice, clean and high-standard. I have eaten breakfast with them on the first morning of their stay. The hot food is amazing, buffet with a lot of choice. Restaurant staff are always ready to help ( my parents don't speak english). Housekeeping is doing a great job with room service. The room is well equipped. I have booked a room with Sea view. It was definitely worth it. It is a really beautiful view. I would like to say a big thank you to all staff for taking care of my parents, especially to Grażynka. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel for a perfect holiday in Jersey.

From the moment we arrived until we left ,I don’t believe I have ever been to a hotel where 100% of the staff were absolutely fantastic ,the hotel has everything you could wish for and the people were exceptional .The food was great ,the other restaurants eg the italian was great .So 10/10 from us and for sure we will be back .
