The room was perfect, clean, with bath and shower. Tea, coffee and other beverages to hand and if anything else was needed we only had to ask. lovely views over the garden and to the coastline. Lots of choice for breakfast and the full English was well cooked. Nikki our host was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely relaxed break and will definitely be returning.

Great location, spacious bathroom with a bath which was utilised after days of walking. Nice big tv, hot tub was a welcome treat too!
