Staff were friendly and helpful, this hotel is the better one than others at NEC resort and cheaper in lot of the stays offered. Highly recommend place to stay if u in NEC Birmingham as only 10mins away by taxi or 20min walk thro the resort. Spa was an added bonus very relaxing. Plus u get free Parking as guest. Bathroom facilities very clean and fresh, looked like had been renewed fairly recently. Check in and out was effortless. Lounge area was busy and vibrant. Ok room, but I didn't understand why the radiator was turned on so hot after cleaning. Bathroom seemed to be renovated. Spa area consists of swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna and dry sauna (way too hot, eg. you couldn't lean on the wooden wall). The lockers do NOT close. The room was a decent size, clean warm and quiet with a nice bathroom and decent sized shower.
