The location of the hotel is awesome, you're a bit further away from the lifts but the shuttle to the lifts is always going and you'll wait no longer then 5 minutes. The hotel is just a short walk to awesome restaurants and nightlife and the staff and the hotel is unreal.. Andreas (front desk) and Costa (bartender & shuttle driver) especially made our trip memorable, they went above and beyond for us so many times and they're just wonderful people who we appreciated sooo much. The beds are super comfy and the pool and gym area is awesome along with the little arcade room ! We also got our snowboard waxed at the shop which was awesome and so convenient to have right there.

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. It had a very relaxing feel to it, being genuine and comfortable with no pretences of being swish and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information of suitable walks and details of the EV charging attached to the building. The restaurant, although not flash, met all our needs. Good quality and good value. Very good beer!

The property was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The views were wonderful. We loved the Jacuzzi bath. Our host Jeremy was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed and gave great advice. We really enjoyed the plentiful welcome pack.

Hot tub was great (keep the noise down though as neighbours got upset at 8pm! ) , lots of space for everyone , comfortable beds , wood pellet fire , very clean , great location for 2 Alpes , good value for money considering it was Feb half term . Venosc village is beautiful - good pizza takeaway & recommend restaurant Le Cours de La vie within walking distance.

Very tidy and clean self-catered Chalet. Good facilities for all at capacity occupation (14/15) - bathrooms, lounge seating and kitchen seating. We made full use of the hot tub. Good value for money. Supermarket, ski hire and bars/restaurants very close by. Snowsure skiing and best slopes (for less experienced skiers) higher up the mountain. Town and environs interesting for non-skiers.

The property was spacious, clean, warm, cosy and had every thing you could possibly think of to make it a comfortable stay. kitchen was really well equipped. Hot tub each evening was a perfect way to relax, recharge the muscles and reminisce about the days activities.
