Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

All the staff exceptional, very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is in the best part of porto del carmen, very quite area, although with lots of shops, reataurants, bars, night clubs near by walking distance, highly recomended. The peacefulness of the whole place! From check in to pool side, it was such a lovely relaxed hotel with lovely staff. Great breakfast options, lovely gym & spa, pool was perfect & never an issue getting sun loungers, and the staff were brilliant

The apartment was a good base with fantastic views. The hot tub (which was clean) was lovely to have and on a beautiful balcony. The bedroom area and the lounge area was clean. The kitchen was well equipped - it was also handy having the hair dryer and iron. Wardrobe space was great.

The villa was very spacious with plenty of bathrooms and space for the guests. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with the hot tub and a great view, as well as having balconies in some of the bedrooms. The host also changed our towels mid-stay and offered to change our bedding as well.

Beautiful spacious with the morning sun on 1 veranda with beautiful palm trees, birds butterflies and then sun set over mountains and sea on front veranda. So close to the sea. Jacuzzi beautiful and warm so can still go out if it is cloudy which wasn’t very often. Lots of areas to sun bath on very comfy loungers. Feels really exclusive and we felt really blessed.
