A lady at front/main desk was very helpful. Cleaning lady at 11th floor had the best attitude in the whole place, also young pool-guard. Hotel itself was beautiful, nice room, nice interior. We enjoyed very much level lounge with snacks. Pool area also nice. Spa was nothing special in our opinion, just inside pool with a few showers. In general nice experience, near small shopping center.

The apartment position, it’s located near the city center and by the sea. The apartment has a right dimension. It’s very silent and with a nice balcony open toward to the Teide. I was very late for the check-in because my flight had a delay but the owner Lali was very patient and waited for me a lot! She also let me keep keys the last day because she hasn’t people for that night.

Juseli was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble for her and Juppi. They helped us out so much. The apartment was so nice and comfy. The view was spectacular aswell. The pool was so refreshing

The house is HUGE. So much space. The location is amazing. It is clean, modern and well-equiped. There are restaurnts and grocery shops nearby. There's so many rooms, so many bathrooms and toilets and nice teraces for sun. Perfect for large groups.
