We spent 2 wonderful weeks and we only have positive words for this hotel. All the staff were very pleasant, especially the entertainers (Melissa, Anna and Aron who made our stay unforgettable thanks to their sympathy, their smile and the quality of the entertainment), all the kitchen staff (especially David who is very friendly and efficient in his work) and the reception staff. The cleanliness and beauty of the hotel are also worth mentioning. The fitness room is great. The rooftop is beautiful with an amazing view to the ocean and Playa de las Americas. The food is also excellent. We hope we can come back next year

My fiancé and I stayed here in late December for the first time. It was a brilliant place to stay - the rooms were to a high standard and very modern, and the overall grounds and facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again The buffet breakfast each morning was also excellent and a huge selection was on offer. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with it. The location is brilliant. We heard no noise any night we stayed here, and yet we were only a few minutes away from bars and restaurants Also for anyone thinking of traveling - The number 40 bus from Tenerife South Airport goes every 30 minutes and drops you at “Columbus” station which is five minutes walk away. The fare is €3, you can pay by contactless, and this is a huge cost saving compared to taxi (€40+)

We got the suite which is really, really, seriously big. Better than pictured. Duplex with private terrace and sunbeds, enormous bathroom, beds so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, modern furniture in the lounge. Pool is beautiful, the whole property is really cool and excellently kept, staff is super nice. Continental breakfast for all needs, vegan friendly too
