The owner was really very engaged and accommodating. Even before arrival I was contacted warmly and also the pickup from the airport and the transfer to the apartment worked flawlessly. The apartment is a dream! Tastefully and lovingly furnished, very clean, top equipped and a breathtaking view. The private pool of the apartment unit has sea view and is super nice! In a minute you can walk to the beautiful beach (with beach bar) or at the Kiteclub KBC. During the stay, the owner was active with tips on restaurants and always available for us. The stay was wonderful and on the next vacation in El Gouna we will book the apartment again. Thank you for everything!

We choose the all included option at the resort. So the food and some drinks was included. I was super happy with everything.thr staff is great, the entertainment team is super fun and the food is delicious. The pool area is great and the closer beach is super good and private. We were not wanting to stay down town to be more easy to rest and relax so El Gouna was the perfect choice. El Gouna was 30 min by car from the airport and from Hurghada center. By Uber was 270 pounds, 10 euros more or less.

The hotel was Outstanding! very kids friendly. We had two rooms one triple room overlooking the pool and it was very spacious, my parents stayded in a double room it was significantly smaller. the rooms were clean and housekeeping were very fast to clean the rooms. All staff were extremly helpfull, polite and professional. The food was very good, wide variety on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, empty plates were quickly refilled. The location is great, It is walking distance to downtown and Gouna sports park. The kids loved the water slides! and the splash pool and the icecream at the bar :)

New hotel and very beautifulllll!! Ali at the front desk is a GEM and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Ali just WOWWWW what a man and what a service! Love that we can communicate with the staff via watsapp and they responded promptly!! The food at the restaurant is incredible!!

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or entertainment, this place has it all. Let me start with the food – it was utterly amazing! The buffet was a true highlight of our trip, with an unbelievable variety of dishes to suit every taste. From traditional Egyptian delicacies to international favorites, every meal was a culinary adventure. The quality was consistently high, and we always looked forward to dining. The animation team truly made our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to Bob, Bebo, and Sama and the others in the team for their fantastic energy and entertainment throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. The New Year’s party was absolutely phenomenal – lively, vibrant, and filled with joy.
