The apartment was great. Great facilities, hairdryer, iron, kettle, toaster and many more supplied. The bed was super comfortable, had a great sleep after lots of walking! Staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Grounds were lovely, nice views of the marina. Space for kids to play, including trampoline, sandpit and basket ball hoop. Location was also great, it's out of the centre so it's nice and quiet, but still not too far away with easy transportation into the centre. Would definitely stay again!

The room was fantastic: very spacious, with a small but well-equipped kitchenette, a living area, and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a separate shower and bathtub. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The spa and gym were stunning, exceeding my expectations with three well-equipped gym rooms and four saunas, along with an excellent resting area. The best price-quality ratio; I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

it was my first time visiting Berlin and I wanted to book something with a gym. I came there and felt I was in a movie. I did not expect it to be that good. The room was spacious and hd so many little details to make you feel appreciated. The hotel is infront of the tram and train stations so going to any part of the city was extremely easy. You also have DM, Rewe and pharmacy across the street so I had all I need.

This 5-star hotel has a large rooftop spa and pool with spectacular views of Berlin.

This trip was my second stay at the hotel . The room was clean and had everything what I needed. I found out that my coat was missing or gone and I asked to the receptionist ( a gentle man ) and he kept it for me after one of guests passed it to the reception it was so kind . I had the breakfast at first time the quality was better than any 5 star hotels though. The location is super perfect to access all the places I neeed to be . Thank you so much I will definitely rebook again soon 👍

It’s beautiful no question smelt good looked good felt good great bed I got wasted here and basked in fancy soaps idk what to say no regrets. Location in Charlottenburg isn’t for everyone but I live here in Berlin so I didn’t mind
