We had a wonderful time at Coconuco Beach Resort. It is a quiet oasis just 10 minutes walking distance outside of buzzing Palomino. We really had a great and relaxing time. The rooms are very clean, the premises are well looked after and the staff went out of their way to make this stay a 10/10.

Stunning location with nearly everything you need: a comfortable bed, a mosquito net and the sound of waves ❤️ If they don't have what you need, they'll do what they can to provide. The breakfast is lovely too!

Jesus who works here is a really nice and kind guy, helped me with my Spanish and shared some tips about travelling around Colombia and South America. He is constantly cleaning or doing something to make the property look great. Unfortunately I was the only guest when I stayed and it rained so didn't use the pool but it looks very inviting. Trees with birds and animals around, very nice place to chill out. There is a cafe in front of the hostel which makes great food, but they don't offer a discount for the hostel guests.

We had a wonderful stay here, super relaxed. The owner and his staff are just amazing and lovely! They helped us with all the requests we had. The place is very quiet but super central as well, amazingly clean despite all the sand and just great. The breakfast is really delicious and they take care of your preferences! Here you're surrounded by just wonderful great vibes. We liked it so much that we prolonged our stay for several days. We would always come back and will recommend this site, which became our Palomino home, to everyone who's going to visit Palomino.

The place was amazing, very close to the beach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was fresh and cool despite the heat in Palomina. The very high traditional palm ceiling ensured the room stayed fresh. It was spotless and the mosquito nets ensured a very good night sleep. The shower in our room was "outdoor" so you shower among the trees and birds dining and under the stars at night while still being very private. On a clear morning we were able to see the snowy peak from the terrace of the second floor. The common areas were great with free coffee and water. Also there were many hammocks were one can chill and look at birds.

Featuring a restaurant, Finca Escondida is located in Palomino and offers its guests surfing lessons, rental of surf equipment, plus WiFi access is available in public areas for an additional fee.
