The domes are clean and comfortable, each one giving its own sense of privacy. The staff are warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, with plenty of ideas to help you decide how to spend your time. The food, while fairly simple, is beautifully prepared and very tasty. The nights are cold in Guatavita, but the heated sheets and comfortable beds mean that this is not a problem. We used the jacuzzi every night to warm up before bed and enjoy the fresh night air after spending time at the communal fireplace. The breakfasts were hot and delicious.
