The property was well constructed, designed, and the views to four volcanoes were impeccable! We cannot believe that they were able to keep the place so clean and be so attentive WITH a 2 month old. Wishing them the best as they recently opened the property.

Mauricio was exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Very responsive to communications. The grounds are well tended and beautifully landscaped with flowers and areas to entertain children.

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Los Laureles is a magical place!! The view from the room and balcony is spectacular. Flowers in the room, all done with so much love and taste. Nicola, the owner, went above and beyond to help us with a problem with our car and his advice what to do and to see in the region. The place for a perfect romantic holiday!

Great elevated setting just out of town. Fantastic views of the lake and volcanoes. Comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and full size job and oven. If you have a car it’s easy to get to. host very responsive.
