The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

It was and still remains the most exquisite hotel in the world for so many reasons! the beauty on the outside with the lake is enhanced by the beauty on the inside! I stayed here 20 years ago and it is even more beautiful today.
