The staff. Extremely helpful and attentive. The Reception office, in particular, is very welcoming and go beyond their way to make your stay really great. The location and views are also stunning. Having the spa right there, in front of the lake and mountains, is incredible. Totally recommend. Very relaxing and well connected to the Rigi mountain train and circuits

Stayed in room on the very top floor with excellent lake views, a very spacious suite with are own personal coffee machine. Equipped with two bathrooms ,tv and a free to use safe.

Gorgeous location, beautiful spa, perfect combination of romantic building with modern interior, great restaurant, staff is very friendly and helpful, very clean.

A great hotel in a beautiful location with a magical view of the Lake of the Four Cantons. Elegant suite with lake view and beautiful bathroom. Tasty breakfasts and sensational surroundings. Pool, spa area and sauna. Plus the beautiful architecture of the building. Smiling and helpful staff. We stayed longer and would love to return !!!

Friendly and professional staff. Great view of Luzern lake and Rigi mountains. Very good public transport connection (bus/ship/train). Very nice hiking pathway around the hotel (especially for early morning hiking/jogging). Close to all tourist attractions around the Rigi and Vitznau region including RigiKulm, cable car, Spa, and wellness in the Kaltbad region. The hotel itself has great wellness and Spa, Jacuzzi with a lake view. Overall it highly recommended for the holiday season
