Extremely friendly personnel - very helpful and attentive! Very tasty breakfast with wide selection of food – everyone will find something delicious. It is not possible to get to the hotel by car – you need to take a train from Lauterbrunnen, what is not a problem, but you should be aware of it. I would gladly return in the future.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. Food was beautifully presented with a good variety of breakfast and dinner choices. We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats.
