All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

The service was exceptional - from a relaxed glass of champagne on arrival to help putting chains on our car tyres on departure. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated with a stunning view of the mountains and Engelberg. We ate at the Thai restaurant which offers outstanding food and at the European restaurant which has a small but well cooked menu. Breakfast was plentiful with options for high end warm dishes. The infinity pool was amazing with various jets and a separate warmer jacuzzi. The outdoor hot tub and sauna in a cable car cabin felt especially luxurious, surrounded by snow and Christmas lights. The indoor spa (2 saunas, steam room and special showers) is quite small, but during our stay we had it mostly to ourselves. For a romantic and relaxing short stay, it was perfect and we plan to come again!

When we arrived at the Hotel, Maja was there for us, she was very friendly and told us how we could park our motorbikes as best. We had een upgrade for free, very nice room with a perfect view! Thankyou for the hospitality Maja!

This small family hotel Belmont in chalet style is situated only a 5-minute walk from the cable car station Titlis and 3 minutes' walk from the centre of Engelberg.

All was really good. I do not understand reviews about owner. On the reception was a really kind man, which tell us everything what was necessary. Room was very clean and new. There was nice small kitchen with fridge. A few steps from cable car. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and can be reached by free shuttle bus, great for campers with no cars. Stuff were all very nice. On-site shop provides fresh bread selections!

Breakfast and the SPA department are particularly good. The hotel's location in the middle of beautiful Swiss nature is exceptional. I highly recommend it.
