EVERYTHING! Beautifully-appointed room, spotlessly clean, pleasant decor, super comfortable bed, linens and pillows, plush towels and upgraded toiletries, well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee pod choices, plenty of natural light and good shades to block out any outside lights at night. Enjoyed my private balcony overlooking the lake. The on-sight restaurant is fabulous!

Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

    Beds/pillows are super comfy, decent amount of stations on the TV, good sized TV, nice big fridge, nice staff. Bathtub a good size, hot water with very good pressure! Breakfast was really good- eggs, sausages, Waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, juice, muffins! Free access to pool and hot tub are a bonus!

    Everything. I have not seen a bigger lodge made up of wood spanning 8300 square feet of living area. The best thing is sipping drink while enjoying the views of Vernon and valley from a perfectly perched outdoor jacuzzi. Space is massive. One feels at home as soon as the owner Youvvone and very well mannered ‘Autmn’, a golder retriever open the door.

    The suites are fantastic for families. We found it worked best to have the kids in the loft, leaving us the living space in the evenings. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to work with and do moast of our meals 'at home' during our vacation. The pool is great and easily accessible for the kids. We appreciated the use of the BBQ, and the games/books lending library during our stay. Beautiful and relaxing grounds, lovely view of swan lake and easily accessible. Thank you!!

    Breakfast had a nice selection of options, 2 hot items (Eggs and Sausage), toast, oatmeal with various toppings, cereal. Rooms were clean and nicely stocked. Our particular room had 2 tv's and a really nice 'living room' area to relax in with ample space for our stuff. Didn't feel claustrophobic in any way, tons of room to move around in. LOTS of plug in areas for all of our electronics scattered in convenient places around the room.
