The rooms were so cozy and had nice views on a forest. Many hiking and ski facilities in the vicinity. The spa was not big but had everything we needed. The relaxing room next to the spa has great mountain views. The staff was friendly and easy-going. The breakfast was good by Bulgarian standards. Would definitely come back in my next Bulgarian travel.

Everything! Especially worth mentioning are the whirlpool, sauna, beautiful mountain view, 2 strong AC heating and cooling units, very comfortable beds and friendly hosts. The apartment is well equipped, has modern appliances, it's quiet and very clean. The hosts are super friendly, hospitable and are replying timely via WhatsApp or email if applicable. It is definitely worth it in comparison to similarly priced hotels and saves the extra time-money to visit spa centers. Lastly not to forget the super central location. It's just perfect.

The host - Peter was very friendly and helpful - always available to assist! He welcomed us and handed over the keys. Additional pair of keys is available on request. The apartment is nice and clean, with a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and one bedroom with queen size bed. The location is excellent!
