I honestly think that Trendy apartments should be your first point of reference for stay in Buenos Aires. The apartments are very well planned and spacious, more than enough for two people. They are very well furnished with all necessary amenities and the beds are comfy. The views from the windows are great. The air conditioning works very well. The apartments are located in a central but quiet neighborhood in a very secure building (it is guarded 24/7). Downstairs there are washing machines in which you can wash your clothes for a symbolic price. Nearby you will find many nice restaurants, the city center is within walking distance. Finally, Ignacio is a great host, very helpful and responsive.

The hosts were lovely and helpful, Monica even provided breakfast and welcome gifts for us. The apartment was stylish, secure, clean and had modern facilities. We were sad that we were only there for one night, we would definitely return! The airport Jorge Newbury ist just around the corner, Monica provided information on how to get there :)

Arrived early but Analia was extremely helpful in arranging for us to place our luggage in the apartment while the cleaning was completed. Very clean, everything worked perfectly and the location is great for getting around the city. All the main sights are within 15 - 25 mins walk.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Guido and his dad have an exceptional place to stay with amazing rooms in a great location. It is a very new hotel and I couldn’t recommend it higher. I was staying as an English speaker only and Guido made sure that wasn’t a problem as he speaks great English. I would gladly stay here again as Guido and his father are amazing people and the place exceeds expectations. It truly feels like having your own apartment in Palermo at a great price. Cheers to this great news business!

Very comfortable hotel with a perfect location steps from the best restaurants and shops of Palermo. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Great breakfast. Complimentary welcome glass of wine is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is a great place to relax despite being a small and quite warm in the height of summer. I wish I would have stayed longer to be able to use the bicycles. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

    We were looking for a boutique hotel that felt relaxed and not like a generic business hotel and this fitted our need perfectly. It is a great little hotel - we had a large bed, good tv, great breakfast, cute living room area and a nice little spa area downstairs with a hot tub and a sauna. We also got massages which were very good. It is in a superb location right in the Pallermo area so lots of good restaurants and cafes around, and easy walk to the parks. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english.

    Good location in the city which made it easy to get around, felt really safe in the area. Access to sauna and jacuzzi spa was awesome, good way to start the day and easy to book with reception. Room was really spacious and clean, toiletries provided by hotel came in handy. The breakfast at the hotel was simple but okay.
