Great location, only few minutes to Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S.A. Mallory Square is about 20 min walk along Duval St, where most of restaurant are. Staff at the Douglas House were exceptional, Jose is very friendly and helpful.

Featuring barbecue facilities, Davis House Inn is located in Sebastian in the Florida region, 700 metres from Capt Hiram's Resort Beach and 35 km from Sea Turtle Preservation Society Melbourne Beach. The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!

Set in Sanibel, 200 metres from Gulfside Beach, Sunshine Island Inn - Adults only offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and barbecue facilities. What a fantastic gem! I almost hesitated to give a review in the event too many people find this lovely spot, but the owners, staff, and spot deserve a beaming review. We loved the layout, care taken with decor and functionality of the unit, and the closeness to a private beach! The pool and deck was just outside the unit which was so nice. They also provide everything you need for the beach and many of the basic tools/toiletries needed in the kitchen and bathroom, which is ideal for anyone flying in like ourselves. We also loved the care taken by everyone there.. we felt very welcome, and that we could contact them anytime if needed. They've been working so hard to restore the inn after the hurricane this October, and we can confidently say they've done a fabulous job. We would love to return one day soon! Definitely an ideal stay for anyone looking for a true island/beach getaway with the comforts of home.
