There is also an elevator so there’s no need to worry about the luggage. Very close to the city center, and is approx 8-10 km from some beautiful beaches, 20km from Eluan Bi. You can easily get there either by motorcycle or ebike.

It was close enough to the night market to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had lots of free toiletries and towels that were delivered to the room daily. The shower had hot water with good water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything worked perfectly. I stayed only one night and felt sorry I couldn’t stay longer. I booked without breakfast, so cannot comment on that. There is parking space on the street and the owner made sure my car was parked correctly, which I found helpful.
