Gabrielle, a seasoned michelin star chef and his wife Aliona opened this hotel in 2023. It was a monastery back in 1800 and they renovated mostly by themselves and their 2 sons. Every corner of the hotel has a personal touch, showing their passion and utmost care to a place they now call home. We truly felt their warmth and hospitality. They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. It's a lovely b&b in a little town on top of a hill, you leave your car, enjoy the scenery and have a drink or a meal at the restaurants in town (their kitchen was closed when I visited), what more can you ask??

My family and I loved this place, great location between Volterra and San Gimignano, quiet area (as expected), great staff and restaurant, highly highly suggested
