Located in the Dovey Valley, Brigands Inn 15th-century coaching inn offers exposed wooden beams, fireplaces and oak wooden furniture in Mallwyd. Extras include free Wi-Fi and a common lounge. Great atmosphere, fantastic food and super friendly staff. The room was comfortable, well sized, and we love the traditional features.

Seabreeze has an idyllic seafront location in the old fishing port of Aberdovey. It offers central, seafront bed-and-breakfast accommodation with views over the beautiful Dovey estuary. I've stayed at seabreeze many times and I like everything about it. The rooms with the view, the location, the food, the room decoration . I believe I stayed in at least 4 of their rooms so far.

Situated in Snowdonia National Park, Penhelig Arms has a waterside location at the mouth of the Dyfi estuary. It offers fresh seafood and a range of other dishes, and has a real log fire in winter. We had the Penhelig apartment, which offered plenty of space with two floors. The staff were friendly and courteous as always, and our dog is always welcome.

With magnificent views towards the sea and the old medieval hilltop castle, this atmospheric hotel is situated on the High Street in the centre of town. The staff was kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help us.
