A pleasant surprise to find this accommodation in a historic village right on the coastal path and only 10 mins from St Ives. Glad I stayed here instead of the busyness of St Ives. Fabulous location, steeped in history - the local church next door had an interesting story. Adjacent to a very friendly pub with nice food.

Situated in Fowey, Havener’s Bar and Grill is an inn that offers rooms and an apartment. The unit is 35 km from Plymouth. All five bedrooms at the property feature a coastal theme. Everything. Staff were fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for us. Smiling and happy and they all seemed to enjoy working there. The location was excellent. Breakfast fab and we had a lovely lunch there too. The rooms are 5 star. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Elemis products in bathroom. Luxurious towels, dressing gown and sheets. They even had ear plugs should the seagulls get too noisy. Everything catered for. Fowey is a beautiful location too.

We were most impressed with the bedrooms, particularly the quality of the pillows and the bed linen. Everything was good quality without being pretentious. Highly recommended.

Set in the picturesque Cornish village of Mitchell, The Plume of Feathers is a historic 16th Century dining pub with rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was huge. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and it was very quiet. We had dinner at the restaurant. Great value for money, great food, and very attentive staff. Drew was great.
