At the inn, rooms come with a desk and a patio with a city view. family run place like a motel where can park right out front of unit. impeccably clean, super fast wifi and lots of little extras like free coffee! san julian is a quiet little town and makes for perfect rest spot after long drive. ketty recommended i do a pinocho tour to justice island to see the massive penguin colony (and babies still with their fur) and it was great. super close to town.

Best starting point for a trip to the glacier. Corina was an amazing host. Super attentive and welcoming. She took amazing care of us :). The breakfast was great, too. We really enjoyed our stay to the fullest and would definitely recommend and come back.

Mirador del Beagle Hosteria features rooms in Ushuaia near Government House and Town Hall. 5.3 km from Encerrada Bay and 22 km from Tierra del Fuego National Park, the inn offers ski storage space. The hostel is cute. There is a great view from the city. The location is good but it’s quite uphill so depending on the weather conditions it can be quite tricky to use the shortcuts. Staff is brilliant, so helpful and kind. They also have good discount for some of the tours, better than agencies.

Posada Los Mimbres features free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Gaiman. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating. We had to leave early and they provided thermos of coffee and pastries.

Spa facilities and comfortable rooms with cosy decor and mountain views are offered in Esquel, 300 metres from the bus terminal. La Hoya Ski Centre is 13 km from the inn. Wi-Fi is free. Impecable. Las habitaciones calentitas y confortables. El yacuzzi maravilloso.
