This property has provided me very late check-in approximately two hours late. There was a plumbing issue which did not even get resolved by the end of my stay. If you have a budget travel, you should go for this property or else not. They are not even bothered to know what is your actual problem and they will never fix it.

Family owned, small B&B with excellent service, friendliness and food. Everything is clean, well up to date and with hotel standard. Breakfast is served according to your choice but without the abundance of a huge buffet which in this day and age is a way to give good service without any waste. The best thing about the place is the friendliness and service of the owners/staff

Plenty of parking, cheap

We stay in premiere inns all over the UK. The Norseman was a nice alternative - with all the same facilities, better breakfast and comfortable surroundings. It’s still a budget hotel but pretty good. I’d stay again and felt it was decent value for money.

It was well located budget option for activities on the Nevis Range (hill walking, skiing, MTB). The room was clean and very comfortable and cheaper than other places around Fort William.

Fine for an overnight. Parking just outside, pretty cheap. Everything worked ok. It's pretty budget, but a budget place. Breakfast was very good.
