The room is very comfortable in all aspects. The lighting, the television, the bed (I was alone, but it's really big and soft and clean). For the price, it was really worth it, beating every hostel possibility, considering also the location. The staff is really nice and solved issues pretty fast. I believe they have a 24 hour possibility of ordering food, which can be helpful, even though there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The check out hour at 12:00 is also a great adding. Pretty sure it is one of the best Ibis around Europe.

    It's like any other Ibis hotels, rooms are small but very comfortable. Wifi is one of the best I've seen lately: it connects back as soon as you walk in and there's no need to keep authenticating. The neighbourhood is quiet but with lots of shopping options, nice cafés. Two of the best pastelarias in Lisbon have stores nearby: Manteigaria and Aloma.

    The stay at the Ibis hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, location of the hotel was great, easy to reach by metro if you are arriving from the airport. What made the stay even better was the incredible staff which were always welcoming and eager to help.The service that we got was something that you could expect from a 4 star hotel. We would highly recommend it.
