BrazilThe staff, specially a recepcionist called Patrick, promptly helped us with a serious family issue. The Ibis manager also helped us with everything, they showed a lot of understanding, empathy, sympathy and respect for us. Btw, the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is well located.

I had a pleasant stay and I was glad that there was a luggage room available because I had an early flight on the check in day and arrived in the city at 10 am. Breakfast was pretty standard for an Ibis hotel. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. Great with parking possibilities under the hotel.
