Ibis Hotels in Valparaíso

It’s typical of every ibis I have stayed in ie good !!

Our toilet was not clean. When I reported it to the front desk, the guy said it’s the water from upstairs to toilet. It would not be yellow pee color. It’s dark smelly yellow pee. The room is not clean nor comfortable. Will not recommend ibis

Super location for seeing a bit of downtown Valparaiso and close proximity to the cruise port. We chose it for those reasons and weren't disappointed at all. Ibis is comfortable, with a bar and small restaurant. Help was great, getting us a taxi to the cruise port. If ever again sailing out of Valparaiso, we'll definitely consider returning to Ibis.

The staff made the difference in our stay. We booked Ibis because we know they are reliable and have standards. But the staff was amazing. Our arrival they recommended where we could safely visit and places to eat. All of which were great! On departure our Uber driver failed us and Sophia was able to secure a driver for us to Santiago at the last minute. Our stay could have ended horribly but she saved the day.
