Welcome to Su Casa Guesthouse, located in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Chase Valley, Pietermaritzburg. If you are looking for a placid retreat away from the buzz of the city, then Su Casa is the best location for you! We are situated close to the Cascades Shopping Centre (2 minute drive), and the Liberty Midlands Mall (10 minute drive). We are just ten minutes away from the Pietermaritzburg CBD, yet can still guarantee a restful surroundings. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay as satisfactory as possible. Su Casa Guesthouse Chase Valley is a converted 8 bedroom family home built in the 1980’s. The guesthouse is communal and located in a quiet, peaceful and leafy suburb just 7 minutes from the Pietermaritzburg CBD. It is situated on the edge of a lush Acacia plantation. The surrounding views are picturesque and there are numerous world class mountain biking and hiking trails within walking distance.

The neighbourhood of Chase Valley is quiet and peaceful, and was previously utilised as a citrus farm. Currently, the neighbourhood is surrounded from all sides by leafy Acacia tree plantations. The greenery and fresh air will make anyone feel relaxed and right at home.
