This amazing guesthouse is now under new ownership.
Our very capable manageress Millicent lives at the guest house and is available during reasonable hours to assist guests. Sir Roy's at the Sea was established in 1997. We hope that you choose to stay at Sir Roy's at the Sea and become one of our regular guests. We have a borehole and inverters system for guests' convenience. We do offer late check in and late check out to prior arrangements for your convenience.

The establishment is situated on a hill above the Harbour and has panoramic views of Nelson Mandela Bay. We have had many regular guests stay with us over the years who have become like friends, and we offer an upmarket yet friendly relaxed environment for your stay. Our manageress lives on the premises and takes care of our guests during their stay.

The beachfront is a 5-minute walk from our establishment, and we are only 500 metres from the Humerail shopping complex which offers restaurants, a cocktail bar, other shops and a gymnasium.
We are also in close proximity to the Boardwalk Casino Complex and the Humewood Golf Course (in the top 100 courses in South Africa). The Port Elizabeth Golf course is also in this category and is a short drive of about 15 minutes away.
Blue flag beaches are one of our biggest attractions and we are located within an hour's drive of Addo Elephant Park and a number of Game Reserves. The New Nelson Mandela Bay stadium is about 5 kilometres from the guest house and hosts international and national rugby and soccer matches and other functions, and some music concerts.
