Ramsgate Rendezvous 5 is a modern and stylish, 6 sleeper, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor unit in a secure complex in Ramsgate, with stunning sea views. There are about 18 stairs to get to the unit below, from the parking area. The main bedroom has a sliding door onto the patio area with stunning sea views. The main and second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and a ceiling fan in each and the main bedroom has an en-suite modern bathroom fitted with a free standing bath, basin and toilet. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top as well as a wall mounted fan, and the 2 bedrooms share a modern, second bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The open plan kitchen is spacious, modern and fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and boasts an island with seating for four. The complex has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer so washing can be done there. The lounge has a comfortable couch seating four, as well as two single chairs and a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre) and a My Family Cinema package, which is provided for your entertainment, and you can stream DSTV or Netflix Please note that the accommodation total excludes a R1000 refundable breakage deposit and a once off R800 admin fee per unit booked.
