Luxuriously decorated apartment with an ocean view. Fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves. Situated near the town centre (2km) famous cliff path (500m) and new harbor (300m). The apartment is in an estate that has 24h security and private parking. Amenities in the estate include tennis, putt putt, two communal pools, gym, squash, communal braai's, bar, pool tables and arcade center. Apartment has a sea facing patio with a small braai. Equipped with smart TV, WIFI and Netflix.
