Please be respectful of our neighbors in the community. “This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host (and guest in some cases) if it gets too loud.” There are many permanent residents in the community and good neighborly courtesy by our guests is what allows us to continue to share our home. We know accidents happen. Please report any accidental damages before checking out so that we can fix anything prior to the next guest’s arrival.
If you break a dish, it happens, just let us know so we can order a new one.
And please don’t accidentally (or intentionally) take any of the home contents with you, including but not limited to towels, sheets, dinnerware, etc.
If guest-caused damage is not covered by our insurance, the cost will be billed to the guests.
No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. If you do choose to smoke outside the home, please do not leave any evidence and do so with care to prevent fires.
There is absolutely no hunting of any kind allowed on the property or in the Coolfont Mountainside Association.
