This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 1 block from the lake for kayak, biking and walking along with being 1 block from the Mayo Clinic hospital. Grab lunch at Jakes pizza and maybe supper at the 112 On Broadway. For those that would like to workout Snap fitness is a block south. The apartment is on the main level making it easy to access, there is a 4 inch step. Discounts for weekly (15%) and monthly (35%) stays. Cot added to bedroom closet.
Family time, events outside, warm weather are amazing. I really enjoyed staying at AirBNBs when we travel so I decided to start hosting and I have learned a lot about the venture and adding amenities to make guests happy and hopefully wanting to come back and stay. Guests can text, AirBNB Message, or call me.
Downtown Walk to the lake, hospital or eating places close by. Parking is in the city lot to the northeast, central park to the west or outside the front door.
