Named after Grandma Sunshine and built in 1996, Sunshine Residence has been newly refreshed by over 15 folks visiting in the winter of 2022 for three months of skill-sharing and hell-raising work/partying. The residence is just 15 minutes from downtown Sedona and a few miles from local vineyards. All residences feature local artworks, bedding/towels, bathing amenities, hot showers, and fast wifi.

In October of 2009, Page Springs Road became the first Historical and Scenic road named in Yavapai County, and while it has changed a lot since then, the road, and the people, are relatively the same. Page Springs is a community within Cornville that is truly a hidden gem. The road is winding and curves through the hillsides like a snake through grass. There are wineries, and Breweries, and sometimes on the weekend Gary puts his sign out for his Rock Shop. Tell him Drew sent you and see if you get a smile.
