1-bedroom apartment in a great location - a few steps away from Union Square. Right in front of all lines of metro, train and connections to airport. 1 block away from supermarket and in front of all metro lines.
The apartment faces south, with plenty of light, sunshine and quiet, which is great to have a great sleep.
very well cleaned, maintained home. this is my primary residence in New York.
Apartment is at the 4th floor (no elevator)
