Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped plenty of cookware and a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher). BED & BATH This condo sleeps four guests between one bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The peaceful bedroom has a queen-size bed and 32inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Take in views of the Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from the private balcony, which provides a bistro table for two. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. There is no on-site parking at this building. There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. This unit is located on the sixth floor. Elevators are available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the next-door unit too for additional space. THE LOCATION Easily walk to eateries, shops, and attractions in the Historic District. The sparkling shore of Wrightsville Beach is under 20 minutes away. When you are not exploring the city, partake in a wide array of outdoor recreation such as boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
