Welcome to Kirk’s Bluff! STUNNING views and luxury awaits! Designed by renowned Pacific Northwest architect Paul Hayden Kirk, this 3BR, 3BA, 2700sqft Mid Century Modern house was newly remodeled. Wall of oversized windows and a large deck overlooking the Harbor, Juan de Fuca Strait, Ediz Hook, Mount Baker and the lights of Victoria, you will enjoy the best of what Port Angeles has to offer at this private oasis tucked in the heart of the town.
Downstairs you have a 2nd living room, also with a fireplace (not functional yet), two bedrooms. Each room has a patio door to reach the garden area and patio. There is a 3/4 bath in the hallway.
This is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath custom home set on two city lots. Generous living areas both upstairs and down, birch cabinets, two fireplaces, large deck. Wander about the lovely mature landscaped property which is its own private oasis, tucked in the heart of the city.
South window has filtered views of Olympic mountains. Close to downtown and Olympic Discovery Trail. New Casper mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets for a fabulous sleep.
The main level is upstairs. The living-dining-kitchen are open concept to allow full appreciation of the picture windows facing north. The large deck is easily reached. It has a dishwasher. On your left is the full size washer and dryer, full bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is a well-lit room devoted to work-study from home with two desks and chairs. Further on is the master suite with 3/4 bath.
PARKING: 4 cars is the absolute maximum to park on site. There is no street parking. There is a 110v electrical outlet to help you recharge an electric car in the carport.
YARD: has lovely rhododendrons, ferns, decorative maple trees and more. The lawn is large enough to kick around a ball. The bluff on the north side should be treated with respect to avoid landslides and injuries. T...
