I love traveling, and I usually find a place to stay via airbnb when I go somewhere. I enjoy meeting people in the comfortable and real settings of everyday life. Likewise, I enjoy opening up my home to friendly visitors wanting to see the majesty of these redwoods. Welcome! We like to give guests all the privacy they want but we are available if any need arises.

Property information

This brand new house sits in a quiet, rural road but is only 10 mins from town. The river is across the street. With tall vaulted ceilings and radiant floor heating, it feels like lofty luxury. Boasting a large walk-in shower for 2, super comfortable mattress, Smart TV, private driveway, full size fridge and stove , on-site washer and dryer, and all the extra amenities for daily life you might need. Utilities included.

Neighbourhood information

The house is on a quiet road a few minutes from town. The Mad river is a few hundred feet away with easy access for a swim in the summer. There are plenty of gorgeous redwood hikes in the area, river spots, beaches, dunes, lagoons, and more. The cute town of Arcata has restaurants, movie theatres, bars, and a town square with farmers and crafters markets on the weekends.
