I purchased my home after my 1st grandchild was on the way in Conroe. My boyfriend and I love staying here & enjoying the lake views. I enjoy cooking, hiking, biking & visiting restaurants, breweries, wineries & distilleries. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
April Sound is a security gated neighborhood on Lake Conroe. It is a neighborhood with diverse homes which makes strolling in the area interesting.
I have a 2 car attached garage and an extended driveway for parking. Guests need to park in the driveway or garage.
