Nestled at the base of Lazy Mountain, our brand-new guesthouse welcomes you to an unparalleled Alaskan retreat in Palmer. Designed with accessibility at its core, our haven ensures that the breathtaking beauty of Alaska is available to everyone. The guesthouse offers panoramic vistas of the majestic Pioneer Peak among the Talkeetna and Chugach Mountain Ranges, and only a nine minute drive to historic downtown Palmer. Beyond the views, our accommodations boast modern, fully accessible facilities, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for all our guests. The primary king bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. The two wheelchair accessible bedrooms and bathroom are on the main level. Our guesthouse is your gateway to a remarkable Alaskan adventure.
We are lifelong Alaskans who really love sharing this special place with others. We are excited to meet visitors whether it’s their first time here or they’ve been here many times. Raising our family in this beautifully quiet corner of the world is a daily adventure.

This location gives you not only striking views of the Chugach and Talkeetna mountain ranges, but serves as a perfect central location to endless activities and landmarks. No matter the season, there are always countless things to keep you busy.
